Aequilibrium is a consultant firm based in Vancouver BC. Most of my work was on client’s contracts in the financial industry, which I cannot share here as I signed NDA’s. The work involved:
- RFP & RFQ’s along with the leadership team
- Market Research
- User Research incl. focus groups and prototype testing
- Low & High fidelity wireframes
- Work with the engineering and product team leads
- Client meetings, presentations and check in’s
- Lead the UX team on their projects + Mentorship
Over 6 months, we revamped their business offering, their website as well as their skills matrix. I also was heavily involved in strategic meetings, went to conferences representing the company and visited clients on site for demos, workshops and more.
The website revamp included in depth research into market trends, competitor analysis, user/client needs and pivoting to an innovative lens, where previously the website catered more to their staff augmentation services.
The initial prototypes were hyper futuristic, to accompany a possible rebrand that was not brought to completion. The site evolved into what it looks like today. Still very colourful and modern, but less futuristic.
